Persistent Fatigue
Feeling tired after a demanding day or a poor night’s sleep is normal. Persistent fatigue, however, is different.
If you regularly feel exhausted despite getting adequate rest, it may be worth investigating.
Possible contributors include sleep difficulties, stress, anemia, thyroid disorders, infections, medication effects, and other health conditions.
What you can do: Maintain a consistent sleep routine, eat balanced meals, stay physically active in a way that feels comfortable, and pay attention to how long the fatigue lasts. If it interferes with daily activities or continues without explanation, speak with a healthcare professional.
