Grandma wrote that she had deliberately arranged her will to make everyone believe the story was finished.
She didn’t want her final wishes to become another argument over money and property. Instead, she had created a separate arrangement, documented through a legal adviser, with instructions that would only be revealed after her passing.
The papers showed that she had set aside a fund for a project she had always dreamed of supporting: helping young people in the family continue their education and build independent lives.
My name appeared in the documents, but not as the owner of a large inheritance.
